What subjects and exam boards do you support?

KS3 Maths (Y7–Y9), KS4 Maths (Edexcel iGCSE), KS4 Physics (AQA GCSE), and KS5 Physics (AQA A-Level). Chemistry and Biology are coming soon.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Print My Lesson (“the Service”), operated by Print My Lesson (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Print My Lesson generates teaching resources — including question sets, lesson slides, exam-style questions, lesson plans, student notes, and starter activities — for UK secondary school teachers. Resources are built to specification and linked to AQA and Edexcel curricula.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each account is for a single individual — do not share your login credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Licence to Use Generated Content

When you generate a resource, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that content for educational purposes within your school or institution. This includes printing, distributing to students, displaying on screens, and incorporating into your own teaching materials.

4. Content You May Not Do

Resell generated content or publish it commercially
Upload generated content to resource-sharing platforms for profit (e.g. paid listings on TES)
Redistribute content outside your school or institution
Claim generated content as the basis for a competing service

Sharing resources with colleagues within the same school is permitted and encouraged. Department licence holders may share across all seats on their plan.

5. Our Licence

By using the Service, you grant Print My Lesson a non-exclusive licence to use generated content for the purposes of product improvement, quality assurance, and anonymised examples. We will never publicly attribute specific generated content to you or your school without your written consent.

6. Professional Judgement

Resources are built on real classroom experience and explicitly linked to curriculum specifications. However, teachers should always apply their own professional judgement when using any resource in the classroom. Print My Lesson is a tool to support your teaching, not a replacement for your expertise.

7. Subscriptions and Payment

Free accounts include 10 resources at no cost. Paid subscriptions (Pro and Department) are billed through Stripe. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Department subscriptions are billed annually.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

8. Fair Use Policy

Pro and Department subscriptions include “unlimited” resource generation. This means there is no fixed monthly cap for individual teachers using the Service in the normal course of their teaching work — planning lessons, preparing resources, and supporting students.

“Unlimited” does not mean unrestricted in all circumstances. Use of the Service must be consistent with the activity of a working UK secondary school teacher. The following are outside the scope of fair use and may result in suspension or termination of your account:

Automated, scripted, or bulk generation not performed by a human user in real time
Use of bots, scripts, or API integrations to generate resources at scale
Systematic generation of large libraries for redistribution or resale
Sharing account credentials to enable multiple individuals to generate resources simultaneously on a single-seat plan

We monitor usage patterns to protect the quality and availability of the Service for all users. If your usage appears inconsistent with normal individual teaching activity, we will contact you before taking any action. We will not suspend an account on the basis of high volume alone where the usage is clearly consistent with legitimate teaching preparation.

9. Acceptable Use

The Service is intended for educational purposes only. You agree not to use it to generate content that is offensive, discriminatory, or unrelated to teaching and learning. Automated, scripted, or bulk generation via bots, scrapers, or API integrations not provided by us is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, underlying technology, and the Print My Lesson brand are our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology.

11. Limitation of Liability

Print My Lesson is provided “as is”. We do our best to ensure resources are accurate and curriculum-aligned, but we cannot guarantee that every output will be error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
